Kep16 viewsWhile i was in Kep i rode for miles through the countryside and there were a lot of nice houses like this...abandoned after the devastation of the Khmer Rouge. They killed many of the wealthy landowners who's seaside houses now lie abandoned. I'm not sure why people don't move into them as many people live in tin shacks.
